Hey Ban! I support you at this "healthy" idea about eating fruits and vegetables. As I think, it is of course good for your health. I found this nice thing in one book that  there are a lot of people who feel bad for eating dead animals and people call them "vegans". I also really scared and feel disgust eating those poor ones but sometimes, our body needs meat which will help you better at health! Try to eat more fruits and vegetables as you do now but do not forget at least ones a weak eat meat.
