Good afternoon,

I am writting this letter to you because of a bad situation I've been to with your vending machine. I hope you will understand me and reply on my request.

Last week, I was on the train station in Orlando. In the train station I found a vending machine selling books so, I decided to get one book to read while I will be on the way to Las-Vegas. I wanted to buy the Wimpy Kid book that costed 23. I put the money into the machine and waited for like a minute. No book came out nor any change.

If it's possible can I either get that book or can I receive my 23 back. If there is no any solution I will have to write another paper for the head of your company. I hope you will reply in a short time. I will be waiting.
