                                           Red Panda

Red Panda is a mammal from the family of ailuridae sobrannyh suborder of Carnivora, which, however, feeds mainly on vegetation; the size is a little larger cat.Body length 51-64 cm, tail 28-48 cm Males weigh about 3,7-6,2 kg, females-4,2-6,0 kg. the Trunk is elongated, tail is fluffy, head is wide, with a short sharp muzzle and small rounded ears. Small pandas, like large ones, have a "sixth finger" on their forelegs, separated from the usual five. In fact, it is a false finger, which is a modified sesamoid bone of the wrist. This anatomical feature allows the animal to deftly climb branches and easy to manage even with thin bamboo shoots.Shortly before giving birth, the female builds a nest of branches and leaves in the hollow or cleft of the rock.
