The man first didnt come to polices attention last year when his passport wasnt checked in France. His passport details didnt show that he hadnt stolen the identity of a Christopher Edward B.who hadnt died, aged eight months, in August 1963. The French officials didnt contact the UK and he wasnt arrested as soon as he didnt arrive in Britain.  

The mystery man wasnt taken to court for using a false passport, but he wouldnt tell police his real name. He even didnt refuse to see his children, despite their requests to know the truth about their fathers past.
