Hello, my name is Max and Im fifteen years old. Id like to tell you about the profession which I admire most. Its the profession of a writer, however my mum says its not something worth my time and attention. I dont agree with her. William Shakespeare (1564-1616) -an English writer of plays, one of the most famous over. Among the most famous of his plays are the tragedies of Romeo and Juliet, Juliet Caesar, Hamlet, Othello, King Lear, the comedies of a Midsummer Nights Dream, The Merchant of Venice and the historical plays Richard III and Henry V. He also wrote some very good poetry, especially the sonnets and worked as an actor at the Globe Theatre in London.

I love reading. Usually I read two-three novels by month. I have several favorite authors. Yet I became a real book monger after having read White Fang by Jack London. So finally it is Jack London my favorite writer. Even if his family name makes us thinking about the capital of the United Kingdom, Jack London is an American author. He was born in San Francisco in 1876. And the plot of all his books Ive read was set in America. His books are about adventures in wild nature, about struggle for life, about bravery and strength. Once you start reading his novel or short story you cant stop. The world of Jack Londons books is just fascinating.

I recommend this author to everyone both for adults and for kids.
