1) The main advantage of school uniforms is that they give a common identity to the school.

2)Finally, students whose parents can't afford nice clothes look the same as every one else and so don't feel inferior.

My comments:

I believe that schools in Britain should be less strict about clothes, students should choose how to dress. That's all I wanted to say.
