It was so strange the other day. I had just logged on to my laptop to (1) surf the web for a while when I suddenly heard this noise. I panicked and (10) saved my most important files on a (11) USB stick.

Then my laptop shut down. The hard disk (12) crashed! Now I don't know if I should call myself lucky or unlucky!
