Harmony is deeply connected with the balance of your mind, body and soul.
As long as we can remember, weve always been striving for the golden mean that state, in which we become conscious of every detail of our inner and outer world, we accept things as they are, and just then are we able to embrace the new ones.Im not talking about perfection here. It is a different thing reaching excellence in everything we do and seeking for the ideal.From a philosophical point of view, though, those who are perfect are different from everyone else, which makes them imperfect.
Harmony is completely another thing.Its happiness, completeness, fulfillment, satisfaction, acceptance, peace and awareness.
