The best food for health.

It is known that the best food for human organism is a balanced diet. The first meal breakfast is the most important meal of the day; only breakfast meal supplies our bodies with all necessary vitamins and minerals. Moreover, before midday our bodies assimilate nourishing food in the best way. Also we have to get proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Proteins can be found in meat and eggs. So, if you want to have a balanced diet, you should cook a steak or a beckon, grilled chicken and scrambled or boiled eggs. In addition, meat is a great source of fats. To get all key vitamins and minerals you have to consume salads, vegetable stews and fruits as often as you can. For instance, carrots contain a vitamin A, and parsley zinc.
