Задать свой вопросI would like to tell you about cooking in general, and to share the lesson of my favorite recipe. I am talking here about borsch. Borsch can be considered the symbol of Slavic national cuisine. There are a lot variety of methods of borsch cooking. Today I ll tell you the most simple way of cooking borsch. The peculiarity of this soup is that all ingredients for it are prepared separately and then they are combined. Take some meat, I prefer a pork. Put the pork into cold water and bring to a boil. Add some peppercorns, parsley and bay leaf, and cook the broth on a slow fire for about one hour. The main rule is a fresh meat. Carrots and onions with tomatoes or tomatoes paste will saut in a pan. Then we should add some fresh cabbage, and in some minutes diced potatoes. The next step is to add sauted carrots with onion, and then stewed beet root and chopped meat. I like to eat borsch with sour-cream and fresh cuts.
