- Thank you, Mark. Ive started to attend the swimming pool three times a week and it helps me to feel well.
- Oh, really. Sounds interesting. I didnt know you were a fan of спорт.

- Actually I wasnt. But I put on the weight and I didnt like it. So, I started to do some exercises and eat healthy food.

- What do you mean by healthy food?

- Well, I eat fish and meat, a lot of fruit and vegetables, I dont drink alcohol. Thats all.

- Great, Lily. I think I have to give up some of my habits in order to be more healthy and look better.
