Teaching is very difficult job and teachers should develop themselves everyday, more and more. And every teacher is an individual person with his or her own experience, knowledge, methods of teaching and so on. But I can say some common tips how to be a good teacher. First of all is knowledge and education. The job of a teacher is to teach, to share knowledge, information. And teacher should have deep knowledge in sphere she or he teaches. The next tip: teacher should be a good communicator, and a good listener. The speech of a teacher should be interesting and attract attention. And at the same time teacher should be a good listener, never interrupt children, listen their questions and problems. And a good teacher should be patient. There are always children which want to learn and do not. And teacher should be patient with both of them. I think that a good teacher never have teachers pets. Teacher should be the same with everyone. And even if he or she has a favourite student, never show it. And the last tip is enthusiasm. Excellent teachers never lose enthusiasm for their profession. It is a key of success. Students always feel it and feel your energy. Teaching is like an art. Teacher makes himself and students too.
