There are so many interesting sights in each country Id like to visit during my life. But now, as I learn English, Id like to visit Great Britain, actually its capital. This is London, you know of course. Its one of the biggest cities in the world. About seven million people live there. Its very old and attracts me by its unusual sights and historical places. Well, first of all Id like to visit Buckingham Palace. Its the London home of the Queen. I know, if the flag is on the top, she is at home. Really interesting fact. There is also one event I cant miss in London. Its changing the Guard. It happens at 11.30 a.m. every day. Id like to make photoes of it. Also I want to see Westminster Abbey. It is a Royal Church where I can see the tombs of many British kings and queens and other famous people. Of course I cant pass by the Tower of London. Its an interesting sight Ive read about earlier. It was a fortress, a royal palace and later a prison. Now its a museum. What could be more amazing of knowing the legend of Tower Bridge? It says that without ravens the Tower will fall. Id like to give them food too. Of course, Id like to buy some souvenirs in London. So I can visit Covent Garden - a tourist shopping centre with cafes and restaurants. There are so many plans and aims in my mind. I wish them to come true!
