What do we know about Ancient Russia? There is a lot of facts. But lets look at the most interesting and unusual of them. Because this is our history and we need to know it. Do you know that in Ancient Russia the fire from a lightning was considered as divine fire and it was extinguished not with water, but milk. There were many rules and traditions in Ancient Russia. People paid for animals special price, which was installed by country. There were different words, which were used with special meanings. Nowadays these words have another meaning. For example, the word "nedelya" was used for day of week Sunday, as the day of rest. Then it was called "the seven-day period". In Ancient Russia in a container of milk there was a frog in order not to turn sour. Would you like some milk with frog? Its funny now. The list of facts can be continued. But the time is changeable. We live in modern Russia, but try remember our history. There is no real person without history.
