My attitude to smoking

 To begin with, my attitude to smoking is negative. I have never smoked so I consider smoking to be a very harmful habit.

Its a pity that today many men and even women smoke.I think that smoking is very dangerous. People harm their health while smoking. Especially smoking is terrible when a woman is pregnant or has a baby.

If people are regular smokers they become addicted to nicotine in the cigarettes. Then they can not give up smoking. 

Besides, there are many different chemicals in cigarettes  which are so poisonous, that can cause serious diseases, for example lung cancer, heart attack or stroke.

If a person smokes, his hair, clothes and breath smell disgusting, teeth get yellow, skin looks unhealthy and grey.
