You have just come back from a holiday which was spoilt

I went on holiday to Germany on a tour. I expected a big holiday on "Oktoberfest". But everything went wrong. I got into a hostel with a noisy company. I could not get enough sleep and drank beer all night long, because I was constantly being asked. I walked around the streets of Germany sleepy and often fell asleep right on the street. Ive seen few attractions. I did not have the strength to walk with everyone during the day. My tour operator saved on the hotel and gave me a hostel. I think this is wrong. I believe that the firm must fulfill these promises in advance.
