Foreign language instruction should begin in the kindergarten.Do you agree?

We live in the world in which it is important to speak foreign languages. In my oppinion, people need to start learning language from their young age. At first, it needs a lot of time to speak English(for example) and we will have enough time if we start learning from our young age. At second, students will speak English very well after school, so they can learn second language and it will increase their chance to have a good job.
