Write arguments for and against the resolution 39;39;education is the key

I strongly believe that education is crucial for being successful, however it does not guarantee comfortable life without hard work.
Modern society requires educated persons, who have the necessary skills and knowledge to master the intellectual professions. Financial and banking, engineering, IT technology, pharmacy and medicine need highly qualified workers, who has spent minimum five years for their study and practice. Specialists of these sectors are paid much higher salaries than cleaners, hostesses, and nurses. 
However, a certificate of education itself does not guarantee success. If people do not work after their study, they can hardly ever have a big income. Moreover, to feel successful, everyone has to love what he/she does. Sometimes people realize that they have chosen wrong profession and they do not feel happy.
