The sentence is in Future Perfect Continuous. It is formed with the help of auxiliaries will, have and be. Will is the auxiliary of Future, to have is the auxiliary of perfect and to be is the auxiliary of continuous. To be is used in the third form (been) in Future Perfect Continuous. And we add the suffix of Continuous ing to the verb.

Future Perfect Continuous is used to describe actions that will continue up until a point in the future.
