This sentence is in Present Continuous. We use Present Continuous with action that takes place now, at the moment of speech. Present Continuous is forms with the auxiliary verb to be. We use the present forms of to be. The present forms of to be are am, is, are.

We add the suffix ing to verb.

 

I am drinking tea now.

They are eating soup now.

She is not dancing at the moment.

We are not writing test now.
