Have they sent us any telegrams late;y? (passive voice)

Have they sent us any telegrams lately? (Active Voice).

Have any telegrams been sent lately by them? (Passive Voice).

There are two voices in English. They are Active Voice and passive Voice.

In Active Voice the subject is the doer of the action. In Passive Voice the subject takes the action. We form Passive Voice with the help of the auxiliary verb to be and we use the third form of verb.

Present Indefinite am / is / are +  the third form of verb.

Present Continuous is / are + being + the third form of verb.

Present Perfect have / has + been + the third form of verb.
