Russian cuisine is a traditional Russian cuisine. Its dishes and taste accents very depending on the geographical location. Russian cuisine absorbed elements of French cuisine, as well as dishes of the former USSR countries and various peoples inhabiting Russia.
A distinctive feature of Russian peasant cuisine dishes is that there is almost no such a technique as frying. As a rule, the food was cooked in the oven, so cooking, stewing and browning are widely used. Also, Russian cuisine is characterized by the preparation of vegetables and fruits with the help of souring, picking and peeing. However, for modern variants of Russians dishes frying is an equal process of cooking along with the rest. In particular, pancakes, eggs, many types of meat dishes are fried.
British cuisine has a number of nationals and regional variations, such as English cuisine, Welsh cuisine, Gibraltar cuisine and Anglo-Indian cuisine, each of which has developed its own dishes, many of which have been named by their place of origin. The cuisine was influenced by the Indian settlement, and fried chicken became famous in England.
