Странное у вас упражнение, поэтому его никто не берёт.В косвенной речи сообщается кто кому что-то произнес.А в ваших разговорах нет действующих лиц.Ну, давайте попробуем обозначить их 1(1-ый,"he") и 2(2-ой, "she").
