Consultant: Hello, Sir. May I help you with anything?
Customer: Oh, yes. I am looking for a dress for my daughter.
Co: Okay, what sort of dress are you looking for?
Cu: Something floral and colourful.
Co: Have a look in this section, we've got some new colourful summer dresses here.
Cu: Wow, I like this dress. I think my daughter will love it too. Do you have it in different colours though? 
Co: Yes, we do actually. We have it in yellow and purple colours as well. 
Cu: Perfect, I will take the purple one.
Co: Sure, what size do you need?
Cu: I think she is either 38 or 40. I will take size 40 though. Can I return it or exchange for a different size if it doesn't fit her? 
Co: Of course you can, you have 14 days to return it. 
Cu: Excellent, how much is it?
Co: That will be 20 please.
Cu: Here you are.
Co: Thank you for your purchase. I've put the receipt in the bag.
Cu: Thank you for your help, bye-bye.
Co: Have a good day.

Assistant: Sure, let's have a look in the dairy section. 
Customer: I've already looked but couldn't find it anywhere.
As: You are right, I can see the price label but no yogurt. We must have run out. Give me a few minutes, I will check if we've got any more in stock.
Cu: Okay, I will be waiting here.
As: Madam, I am sorry but we haven't got any more Greek yogurt left. We should have some delivered in a few hours. 
Cu: Oh, that's a shame. I will come back later if I don't find it in another shop. Thank you for letting me know.
