Помогите пожалуста с Английским

If I were the Mayor of our city, I:

a) wouldn't allow dogs in the supermarkets because they can spoil goods.
b) would not prohibit drinking beer in the streets because the the restriction wouln't break the alcohol abuse down.
c) would fine people for dropping a package, a can or a cigarette end in the streets because I want the streets of my town to be clean.
d) I would certainly arrange special bins for glass, plastic, paper, metal, and food wastes. This can ramp the utilization up.
e) I wouldn't organize the ecological police because I believe that there are already plenty of ecological organizations struggling for our heath and nature.
f) I would try to prohibit noise pollution but I believe it's nearly impossible.
