Ребят помогите не помню просто как ставить глаголы во времена

I did my homework at six o'clock yesterday. 9. I didnt play the piano yesterday. I was writing a letter to my friend. 10. I wasnt playing the piano at four o'clock yesterday. I was reading a book. 11. He was not sleeping when father came home. He was doing his homework. 12. When I went to school the day before yesterday,
I met Mike and Pete. They were talking and laughing. They told me a funny story.
Soon I was laughing too.

I told this story at home. My father and mother liked it very much.
