Which ideas of the expert do you agree with?

A politician should have а will to win and a wish to have power. I couldnt agree more.
A politician must be risky. Thats just what I was thinking.
A politician should be able to take non-traditional decisions and to give up some people from his / her team. Yes, there is a lot in what the experts say, but I think its not right to give up some people from ones team.
A politician should be ruthless for some people. Thats not the way I see it. Actually I think a politician should be kind.
