ONCE THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE ARE OBSERVED, THE CULTIVATION OF GM CROPS, SUCH AS RICE, CORN, ETC, IN RUSSIA IS LIKELY TO BECOME POSSIBLE.
