Fill the gaps with one of the words:

Every day you read in newspapers, books and magazines that it is important to avoid stress. Stress can kill, they say. Stay (1) ______. Be relaxed. Slow down. Dont worry so much and dont work (2) ______. Unfortunately, this is difficult. There are always money problems and family problems. Our cities are full of traffic and noise. Stressful situations seem to be everywhere.
