It was a hot day. It was more than 30 degrees. It was hot and stuffy at home. It was hard to breath. I couldnt lie, sit and stay. I wasnt able do anything. I was absolutely damp with sweat. I opened the window, turned on the conditioner, I even took a cool shower but nothing helped me. Finally a cool idea came to me: river could help me! I asked my friend Kolya to join me. Fortunately a river was not very far from my house. It was very hot to walk. Sweat trickled down our hair, backs and arms. After those awful ten minutes we were in the river. We splashed in cool water, we lay on the sand but nevetheless we felt better. The heat was already tolerable. After that we came to a small cafe and ate some tasty ice cream there. We didnt notice when the evening began.
