1) "Where are the childrens books?" she asked.  She asked where were the childrens books. 2) "They are over there on those lower shelves," she told her.  She told her they were on the lower shelves. 3) "Would you like me to help you find a nice one with a lot pictures?" she asked.  She asked if she would like to help her find a nice one with a lot of pictures. 4) "No, thank you," she said. "Im sure I can manage." She refused saying that she was sure she could manage.
