Bread "Healthy rye" - 8 pieces.
Ham - 8 pieces.
Cheddar - 8 pieces.
Tomatoes - 1 PC.
Iceberg lettuce - 4 sheets.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Coarsely ground biscuits - 70 grams.
Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt- taste.
Pepper - taste.
Eggs in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of water, salt, pepper, mix well. Cut the tomato into thin slices, tear the salad large. For bread put pieces of cheese, ham, tomatoes, lettuce leaves, top cover with a second slice of bread, lightly press. Each sandwich dip into the egg mixture and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry the sandwiches on a frying pan heated with olive oil on both sides until golden brown. Then transfer them to a pre-heated oven for 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
