Modern technologies have considerably improved our life in all spheres. However, they can lead to stress and lack of real life communication.

The Internet, Wi-Fi, computes, tablets and mobile phones make it possible to stay online all day long. We can speak on the phone walking in the street, sitting in the train or driving a car. Mobile internet technologies provide cheap connection and a possibility to see the person you are talking with. Social networks allow making new friends from all over the world.   

However, abuse of communication can lead to a nervous breakdown. People do not have enough time for rest and recreation. They can be disturbed at any moment, even while sleeping. Moreover, the virtual life substitutes the real face to face communication, which is harmful, especially for teenagers.
