My favorite holiday is Halloween. This is certainly not our holiday and in our country it is not officially celebrated, but I study at a specialized school for the study of the English language, and there we learn all local holidays. I really liked this one, and my parents supported the idea of celebrating it at home. On this day we cut out different figures in the form of pumpkins, bats, witches and hang them around the apartment. We cut a scary pumpkin into which we put a candle and dress up in costumes. Our friends come to us and the holiday begins. Everyone has fun, various thematic contests are conducted and of course everyone pulls a piece of paper out of a pumpkin with wishes for the future.
