With that the new part of Charlie Chaplin s life began. In 1910s he started to work alone as an actor, producer, director and script writer simultaneously. In that time his famous Tramp s image was formed. Charlie Chaplin became a real legend of the cinematograph. He won a lot of prizes, among which were 2 Oscars. In 1975 Chaplin was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II.
