How do you understand the words "a good education" ? What

As for me a good education is a self-education because there no one who understand you perfectly. People may give you one information or knowledge. But who knows that this may be helpful for you? Every person should understand that his education is his own business and duty. I need it because good education helps me and teaches me feel myself more alive and smart. I dont know how I can get it. And I may say that no one knows because life is changing every minute. I can only listen myself, not my thoughts, emotions or somebody.
