Read the sentences and write them in the Indirect form :

1. Vera Ivanovna advises Natasha to look after her sister.
2. Lena says that she has had a good time in the country.
3. Dima told his little brother not to open that box.
4. The pupil asks the teacher if he will go on reading.
5. The postwoman asks the man at the door if he gets Pravda or Izvestia.

We make some changes in indirect speech. When the first part is in present (says) we dont change the tense in the second part. We change the first person into the third person. In imperative sentences we add to or change Dont into not to. In interrogative sentences when there is no interrogative word we add if and we make the interrogative construction into affirmative construction.
