The sentences are in Present Continuous. Present Continuous is used for an action that takes place at the moment of speech. It is formed with the help of the auxiliary verb to be (am, is are) and with the help of the suffix ing. (to be  + verb + ing).

 Negative to be + not + verb + ing.

Interrogative To be + subject + verb + ing.
