Answer the questions. 1) Do you usually get enough sleep? 2) How do you feel the next day when you haven39;t slept well? How does it affect your day? 3)Which of the tips in the text do you already follow? Will you try any of them from now on?

1)Usually I try to get enough sleep, but sometimes something unexpected happens, like to much of homework or new movie release, that makes me go to bed later.

2) It makes me feel tired and I cant pay attention at school. And of course it affects my grades, that makes me and my parents upset. 

3) I try to not use my phone before going to bed, because it always affects my sleep. I also like taking hot bath, because it relaxes me.

I have heard that reading a book before going to bed might help as well, so I am going to try it tonight.
