On the opposite Bank of the Kuban river are fields, and suburban tracts and village Starobinski.The neighborhood was built up with apartment buildings in different periods. Apartments-normal and improved layout. There is practically no individual private housing stock. At present, new houses and complexes are being built. Construction began in the late 1980s and continues to the present.
