1. I can burn calories by doing yoga, by running and by eating less. 2. I do yoga every day. 3. A balanced diet is to eat everything but not in a big quantity. It is better to eat more often, but to take less food. 4. We have a lot of different food in our shops. I do not like to buy some cooked dishes, because I prefer to cook by myself. So everything I cook tastes good. 5. There are many fast food restaurants in my city and they are very popular. I do not like to go there much. I go there twice a year or so.
