Ive got your letter and read it with glad. Well, you wrote about your "friendly" neighbours. And I understand you very good. I had the same situation about two months ago. My neighbours like to listen to loud music. And they do it every day, even to night. I asked them many times to make music quiter. But in some minutes their music began to make pressure onto my head again. And this time I called police. After that music plays only one or two hours and not so loud as earlier. I think you should try to ask your neighbours in a kind way. And if this wont help, call police. Write me please any news. We are friends and must help each other any time.
