Id like to tell you about one day menu for the famous actress. As she is a young girl, she wants to be slim, but healthy at the same time. So I think, her day should be started with a glass of clean water and breakfast in half an hour. So during the breakfast she can eat a small portion of cereal, but not with milk; also she can taste some crispbreads with cheese or feta. If she likes curd, she can eat it with dried fruits or nuts. Tea with lemon would be nice for drink. At about 10 or 11 p.m. she can eat some fruit. For dinner Id like to advice some clear soup from chicken, for instance, and baked vegetables. Famous people usually take care of their figure. So for supper she can eat some baked fish with fresh vegetables and a glass of tomato or other juice.
